Streatham lift London Cup in Invicta

Streatham lifted their second trophy of the season with a hard fought 6-5 win in Gillingham against Invicta Dynamos.


Michael Farn's men added the London Cup to the trophy cabinet after the two points gave them an unassailable lead in the round robin competition featuring opposition Invicvta, plus Chelmsford and Romford.


Vanya Antonov scored a hat trick for the Londoners adding to goals from Josh Ealey-Newman, Sam Waller and Danny Ingoldsby. Goalie Nate Gregory turned away 30 shots in another night to remember for the visiting fans.


Invicta goals came via a brace from Billy Phillips and lone goals from Richard Harris, Juraj Huska and Anthony Leone.


Man of the match for Streatham was Sam Waller.
