Watt a return for the new ice hockey season
Streatham IHC are delighted to announce that Ryan Watt has committed to another season in sunny South London. The 30 year old sounds eager to get back into the barn.
Ryan let us know that this is season is...
“Very easy choice when Coach B asked about resigning. The tight knit feel we have in the locker room and with how competitive we are going to be again. I wouldn't want to be playing anywhere else. Going to be a big season trying 'threepeat' for the league and Cup. I know we want that league title bad so we can get back to Coventry and win our national championship”.
Coach B added
“Being able to bring a player of Wattys skill and calibre back is key to building a winning team. His points production speak for itself and I will be expecting him to be contributing in big games. We will not only be relying on Watty for his point production, but also his experience that he gained over a long career when it comes to the business end of the season and trophies are on the line.”
