Favourite ice rink?
Streatham High Road- Anyone who says differently is wrong.
Career highlight?
Beating Team Holland in the Netherlands when playing for England at junior level, in front of a packed Dutch crowd.
Career lowlight?
Not getting the chance to play against Whitley Warriors in the North v South playoff at the end of the 2019/20 season (due to Covid). I played in Whitley for 9 years so was gutted not to get the opportunity to play against them in the playoff game.
If you had a top trump card, what rating would you give yourself out of 10 for "Power"?
A solid 7/10.
Most skilled team mate you've had?
I trained with Liam Kirk for a season in Sheffield. He was 15 at the time so too young to play for us. He was quality at that age and has and will go on to achieve incredible things.
Toughest player you've faced?
Callum Pattison - The guy is made of something else
Best advice ever given in hockey and by who?
I started out as a forward and an under 10’s coach advised me to try playing D, I guess that has worked out pretty well for me.

What else do you like to do away from hockey?
I’ve got a 9 month old whippet puppy who keeps me busy. I love the outdoors so enjoy time spent out and about with the dog. I’m slowly introducing her to become my jogging partner but already I struggle to keep up!
Favourite football team?
Newcastle United
Favourite holiday destination?
My partners Dad lives in Turkey so I always spend a week or so each summer out there. The food is incredible and the portion sizes are right up my street.

Liam Neeson
Do you cut your own hair?
I did attempt to cut my own hair over lockdown but I am now very grateful barbers are back open!
