Adam Carr gives his thoughts
After our first loss of the season last week it was good to see how we reacted as a team.
The loss against Solent was one of those games where we did everything but score enough, so although I was disappointed we didn’t win, I know what’s it like to be on the other side and it happens in sport.
The reaction from the squad was what I wanted to see, not only in the games at the weekend but also how we reacted in training. We had a really good session following the Solent game and it carried into the games against Cardiff and Haringey.
We bounced back well enough with 8-0 wins in both games despite not being in top gear. This weekend though we need to be.
We have a tough game against Chelmsford on Saturday, for me they've been the best team we've played against and on their home ice I’m sure they will be flying, so we are looking forward to the challenge and I’m sure we will be at our best.
