This week we speak to former forward Alex Roberts who played for the team last season and became one of the best signings in the league. Roberts headed to France this year to play after offers from a number of clubs.
What was the funniest moment you had with Streatham?
Wearing our beanies during the warm up of practice.
What are you doing these days?
Working in Vancouver, Canada at an Engineering Company.
What do you miss most about playing at Streatham?
Meeting and talking to all the fans.
What was the lowest point during your time at the club?
Not making it as far as we should have both playoffs.
When was your first game playing/coaching Streatham and what are your memories of it?
My first game with Streatham was in September of 2018 and it was a OT win with the final goal scored by fan favourite Michael Farn so doesn't get much better then that!
What would you say was the biggest highlight of your time at Streatham?
Being awarded the supporters player of the year award
What was the lowest point during your time at the club?
Losing to Basingstoke in the first round of playoffs.
If you could pick a line of players to ice alongside again from Streatham, who would it be and why?
With only playing the one season this is going to be tough!

Playing for HC Mont Blanc in the first division in France
What do you miss most about playing at Streatham?
My teammates hands down. Those guys in the locker room made that one and only year in Streatham one that I will never forget.
