After the Game coach Paynter was pleased with the win and the games 1 way traffic allowing a chance to experiment ahead of the big game v Slough.
“It was pretty bread and butter tonight. I think we were ok in the 1st, 2nd was really good and I think the third was one of those periods where we were trying a few things out ahead of the big games coming up. That Cardiff team beat, a good Solent team a couple of weeks back. So we went into tonight with the same mindset as any game. Obviously, we were quite comfortable in this game, but we still wanted to play the right way and build momentum heading into that big upcoming game.”
Streatham are now off on the road for the next couple of weekends. With their next game being a huge game with title race implications against the Jets. With both points and the season tie breaker on the line in the hangar. On Saturday 1st March 2025. Before travelling to Swindon on the 2nd before a tough road trip to Invicta on the 9th March.
Streatham’s next home game will be vs the MK Thunder on March 16th facing off Sunday at 18:45pm.
