Streatham IHC are delighted to announce that Danny MIlton will be returning to the club for the 24/25 season. 

Milton will be returning for his 3rd term on the High Road. This last season Milts back stopped the team to 4 trophies, most notably the National Final, while maintaining a 0.947 save percentage across the league campaign including 9 shut outs.

Milton commented on his return, 

“Winning the league and winning the national title in Coventry this year was the highlight of my career, so it was a no brainer to come back to Streatham for another year. I know coach Paynts will be putting together another strong team for next season and I will do everything I can to help the team try and win some more trophies. Enjoy your summer and I look forward to seeing you all in September!”

Coach Paynter commented,

“Everyone knows to win trophies you need good goal tending, in Milts we get exactly that. He stood on his head at times for us last season and probably dragged us through some games that we didn’t deserve to win. When you have a goalie playing at that standard it allows the team to play in a different way knowing he is there. He is reliable and consistent and in my opinion, the best goalie in the league. He was a difference maker all year and I have no doubt he will be the same this coming season."
