Warman is back

Streatham IHC are delighted to announce that defenseman James Warman will be icing again with the team in the 2018/19 campaign.

The 25 year old former GB junior international has been a solid presence on the blue line in SW16 since he arrived in 2013. A native of Telford, Warman is known for his hard hitting stay at home style of play.

“James is one of the last remaining players from when I took over a couple years ago and there's a big reason for that” said Head Coach Jeremy Cornish.

“He keeps himself in top shape and plays the game the right way. He's one of the most underrated defensemen in the league and a player that is horrible to play against because of his ability to hit in open ice”

“James also pops up with a few backhand slap shot goals throughout the year, so fingers crossed he can keep those coming this upcoming campaign. James is a no-nonsense type of player and a player that represents what being a RedHawk is about.

Warman passed the mark for 100 appearances in a Streatham jersey last season and his previous clubs include Cardiff, Bristol and of course Telford.

To own and loan James Warman’s Streatham jerseys this season please email . They cost £100 for either home or away and you get to have your name on the back all year, and keep it at the end of the season. All bidders will be placed on a list and the winner drawn at random.
