Doughty delighted with hat trick

Streatham number 19 Aidan Doughty was delighted to get his first hat trick in a RedHawks jersey during the 5-1 win over Swindon last weekend. The 22 year old sniper joined us in the summer from Solent Devils where he scored 17 goals and 20 assists in just 21 games.
The Isle of Wight born star scored two first period goals and completed his hat trick tipping in a Brendan Baird point shot in the second period as Streatham went on to stun the Wildcats 5-1.

"It felt great to get my first hat-trick for Streatham, especially against a team like Swindon, all the boys played a huge part in winning that game" explained Doughty.
"The new lines are working great, we are playing with confidence and working the puck well both in the defensive zone and the offensive zone"

"We are getting better every game and I feel we will be turning over a lot more teams than we were expected to."

Doughty and the team now look forward to a Cup clash against Invicta Dynamos on Saturday afternoon in Streatham followed by a road trip to Cardiff in the league on Sunday. Tickets for the home game are available online by clicking HERE
