Squad departures

Streatham IHC have made a number of changes to the roster this week with four departures to announce.

Chris Wiggins, Conor Redmond, Conor Sheehan and Player Coach Nick Chinn have all left the club.

The moves come as new Head Coach Jeremy Cornish arrives at the club and new signings will be announced over the coming days.

Nick Chinn joined us last season as Player Assistant Coach and scored a number of key goals, most notably in the Play-Off Quarter final against Oxford. Nick then stepped up to Player Coach this season, but departs after ten games in charge.

Nick is a true legend of the British game and departs with our thanks for his services.

Chris Wiggins also joined us last season and made a big impact with his no nonsense physical presence. The former EPL enforcer suffered a concussion injury last term, but had returned to the line up again this season and we also thank him for his time at the club.

Conor Sheehan joined us in the summer from Haringey Racers and is a former Streatham junior and goalie. He departs along with new signing Conor Redmond who arrived last week from Invicta Dynamos and played in both games last weekend for the team. We thank them both for their short time in a Streatham jersey.
